We collect information you provide directly, including your email address when you subscribe, payment information when you become a paying member (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers), and any messages you send us. We also collect technical information automatically through cookies and analytics, including your IP address, browser, device, and how you use the site.

We use information to deliver our newsletters and services, to authenticate your account, to process payments, to improve the publication, to communicate with you about your account, and to send marketing communications you have opted into. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with vendors that help us operate the publication, including Ghost (publishing platform), Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, and analytics tools. These providers are contractually bound to use information only to provide their services.

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may delete your account at any time from your member portal.

Children

MARIJUANA.NEWS is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
