Acceptance
By using MARIJUANA.NEWS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or subscribe. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Memberships and billing
Free accounts are available at no cost. Paid memberships (Pro at $4 a month or $40 a year, Insider at $20 a month or $200 a year) are billed monthly or annually as selected. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We provide a full refund within 7 days of any new paid subscription. We do not provide refunds for partial periods after the 7 day window.
License to use content
You may read, share, and quote Marijuana.news content for personal and journalistic use with attribution. You may not republish, mirror, systematically extract, or train AI or machine learning models on our content without written permission. Premium content is licensed to your account only and may not be redistributed.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Comments and submissions
Comments must comply with our community guidelines. We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate the rules. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty free license to use, display, and archive your contribution on the site.
